Nice interaction with customers. Visited there a few times now. Less crowded. All in one shoppee for Airtel services.

Traveled all the way from Olavakkode to this shop as suggested by Customer care executive to collect an Airtel Dongle. She said that good models are available and can be collected the same day. After all the formalities(Aadhar verification, photo...address) were done, he mentioned that the dongle doesn't have battery backup and other option is to go with an used older dongle. Had to go somewhere else to get the connection.

I had to visit the Airtel shop today for requirement related to service circle change on my Airtel post paid connection. The location was accurate in Google map and is easy to find. The people working there are really nice and pleased to the customers. My additional questions were answered with satisfaction. Thank you and keep the good work.

Worst experience... Bought an airtel hot spot device from there it was a faulty device and asked them to replace it , it took three weeks and they give me another one (with out bill , told me will send the bill to your mail id and it's been more than a week I didn't get any mail) The replaced device also a faulty one it's not working after paying 3.5 k for a hotspot device , still I am suffering.... Their behavior to customer also very bad. It's been more than a month I am following up and travelled to palakkad three times no use

Location is easily accessible. Usually busy but the staffs try to attend everybody as quickly as possible. Could have been a bigger showroom with more staffs attending multiple clients at the same time. All recharges and Airtel related queries can be taken care of here.
