Excellent Stay! Neat and clean house with all modern amenities. We were provided with extraordinary care. They arranged facilities for our needs which raised in the midst of the stay. My kids who are raised in the United States enjoyed the stay very much. Hats off to Mr.Naren , dad and mom.

Had a fabulous stay with family here. Kids loved the pond and the farm. I loved the beautifully decorated rooms and the delicious food. Naren and his parents are incredibly gracious hosts who went out of their way.
The owner is a cheat and he don't keep up words.He may cancel the bookings last minute if something comes up...Over priced for a cowshed property ...No maintenance,full of grass and he himself told it's not safe for kids ...Never keep it as an option,just chuck it and go for another property...Just email me if you need any proofs for this,if needed.... Never go there
Its the best place in Palakkad to stay, best time to visit before March post that it will become too hot but its beautiful in rainy season if you up for it. There is no backwater or beach, but its blessed with views of western ghats mountains. Its a pet friendly and clean place. Has lot of open space and lush green views - delight to eyes! The owner is a gem of a person, who is a compassionate animal rescuer and has kept rescued cows and dogs on the farm as well. Note - Just because one person had a tiff due to bad attitude with the owner does'nt discredit all his efforts by making ones friends write bad review about the owner.
We had a group booking and confirmed our arrival too via msg before 3-4 days in advance and payed advance too... Actually we missed to attend his call and he cancelled our booking The real thing is that he is a chet and cheap person who sold our booking to a larger group for more money.. Never choose this property,their approach and dealings are very very bad and standard less.
If you are looking for a nice pet friendly place with tall trees, a small lake and great hosts then this is the place for you. This is a beautiful 16 acre property where you can do fishing, walking, cooking etc and enjoy the amazing hospitality of the Ambat family. They are wonderful people. Its very safe for women and kids also. wheather you are looking to stay for a night or a fortnight you will love this place. special thanks to naren kutty for sharing his experiences and the nice bbq
The owner was so rude. The property was so bad, restrooms and bedrooms were so dusty. The property was not maintained properly and food they offer was the worst.
This place is for experiencing nature closely. The hosts, both octogenarians, were so warm and my family of 4 plus our Pet got so connected to them, that we felt it's our own home where we are staying. The nature walks, exploring the river (going alongside the property) was quite an experience. Naren's personal efforts to help us move around town and having access to unexplored areas of Malampuzha dam catchment area and Karinjampuzha dam site was the icing on the cake. Definitely recommend this property for a relaxing and unwinding experiences.
