They are selling hardware and software products beyond the actual MRP rate, I had a Nightmare after knowing the same products price in other shops at the surrounding of Palakkad (which was comparatively less priced in big difference). Would not suggest people to check-in the shop for any service and upgradation purpose .

My laptop was shutting down due to heating issue. I specifically asked them to check the GPU. They just formatted it and gave it back saying it's not shutting down any more.. 2 days after that it started shutting down again. Pathetic service. don't give your valuable laptop if the problem is complicated, these are just a bunch of amateurs, not professionals. I lost my 500 for nothing Edit: This review was given when I gave the laptop for the first time. Expecting a better response this time.

This is a very shady & incompetent establishment. I gave my laptop with battery issues, but after one week they had broken or swapped my motherboard and reported to me the motherboard was fried. I tried to save some cash instead of giving to HP service now I lost my laptop. This organisation is prime example of cheating innocent & clueless customers. Please be aware & try to avoid this shop. They are simply cheaters.
