Best hypermarket in Palakkad in no doubt you can say it's Bismi... quality items at reasonable prices, good vibe, very hygiene

GOT DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AND REPLACEMENT DENIED: We bought the product shown in the photo. We didn't open it and checked at the time of purchase, as Bismi is a reputed retail chain. We opened it only after a few days and found broken. I took it to the shop and they said they could not replace this item, and they told us some strange reason for it. First they said they need to check the CCTV footage to see if the item was purchased unchecked or not. The investigation starts here. I don't know whether they checked it or not. After few minutes they came back saying, "we examined other pieces of the same item in stock and none of them had any issues, so it is sure that the product was not broken when purchased". It was very strange. I had lived in Bangalore and been to many supermarkets in the city. They never do this in similar situations. They explain their return policy (such as maximum duration and other things) and tell us why they can not replace it as per the specified policy. But in Bismi, if they could not find more defective pieces in stock, it proves that the defect happened only after purchase..Cool.

Good shopping destination. Good offers. Parking available. Baggage counter is there. Food store also near buy. Fresh fruits, vegetables, fish, meat etc available. Collection of home appliances and electronic gadgets are good but the collection of dresses are not worthy.

Worst experience, they will not exchange any product. I bought a air cooler, while using it produce very high sound, because this cant use this item. Asked for exchange with lower blower speed product, they responded negatively . Bismi only hold brand name, worst experience.

Loved the options..vegetables are very fresh .Imported fruits and Zuccini available here .almost everything under a single roof . Palakkad is loving it

Very convenient and easily accessible hypermarket in Palakkad town. Ground floor has wide variety of vegetables fruits and provisions. First floor is well equipped with electronics garments and departmental items. Prices are very competitive and lots of offers available. Parking is an issue during peak hours and weekends even though they have covered parking plus additional parking at the rear end of the building. Fresh fish,chicken meat also available at the dedicated area at the basement level. Overall it's a one stop shopping solution available in Palakkad town.

Good place to get pretty much every fruits, vegetables spices, millets and even electronic items. We have parking place for car inside the campus. Meat and fish are available at the ground floor. The price looks comparatively pricey than others.
