Hello guys...We purchased about 35 plots in chathamkulam spring..Aluva... very long back..5years.. so many assurances..till now They have not developed land..you can see in the photos taken today.. Owner Sumesh number one manupulator... & froud... cheated us... hearing the soft words of Sumesh..we all waited for 4 to 5 years... Now no response.. closed Cochin office.today we all almost 35 owners had a meeting in Chathamkulam spring valley Aluva decided to proceed with legal action.. All be very careful with Chatamkulam builders... 5 Star review posted by Chatamkulam people only...

I bought a plot in Spring Valley project in Aluva. Even after five years the builder has not delivered any of the infrastructure that was promised. Employees of Chathamkulam have been giving us false promises all the time. DONT TRUST THIS BUILDER WITH YOUR MONEY...
