For starters the online booking system is a sham. Money gets deducted but you wouldn't get any confirmation sms or email. Neither do the folks pick up calls after that or confirm ur booking. I wonder why the docs in Palakkad have become money minded bots.

Irresponsible behavior and rude approch with patients. Don't know what others have. My wife had worst experience.Behaving like a Govt Dr. after collecting Rs.300 as consultation fee, no meening to consult her to get an advise. Asking to patient if you want I will ?
