Doctors and staff well behaved. Very nice guidelines giving supporting staff. Very good hospitality. Only negative thing is they don't have the history Card for puppies to keep the vaccine given details.

What went wrong: If you are going there with a cat, your cat might runaway and you have to catch your cat. No help from the staff. So be prepared for that and go. When asked why you didn't help the answer was it is your pet, you should take care of it". The young lady doc (or was she a nurse??) didn't even warn me the cat might run. I was determined not to lose my kitten and ran after her and caught her from hospital premises. So if you are going to this hospital, be prepared for such stunts. What is not OK, but still acceptable: They don't have a pharmacy there, so you have to get your medicines from outside. For vaccines, get the vaccine kit from outside pharmacy and they will administer it for a very nominal amount. For neutering surgery also very nominal amount, but you have to get all surgical kits from outside which might cost you around 1k. What was good: It was comparatively clean for a government hospital and the 2 male assistants there were very helpful and was more knowledgeable and explained everything, the procedure, the effect when it will be cured etc in detail. The lady trainee should improve. Just because you are a doc or nurse does not mean that you have the hospital at your feet, you need to learn patience, and how to care for animals, and educate first time owners just like your assistants. Learn to do your job with some responsibility and accountability and not with an " I don't care if pets run away or not, it is not my job " attitude.
