Palakkad's best Premium Suzuki two wheeler dealer in Mepparamb junction. New Premium bay is available and they're doing good in promotion and sales area. Bit small parking space available in front, but service area is adequate. As always the service must be improved a lot. Need more experienced staffs for prompt service and delivery. Happy with the sales team and management.

Very poor service. They said that they checked all parts of my vehicle and collected from me the amount nearly Rs.4000/-.But the very next day of service my scooter break is not working and I had to give it to them again and my scooter mirror slipped when I was driving after getting my vehicle repaired from them.Earlier it was working properly. I feel they're not doing their work properly Since it is direct service from Suzuki dealer I thought it would be good but very much disappointed. Very unprofessional way of working.

To be frank it's really disappointed from the sales team.. since we are waiting for the delivery a vehicle from morning itself and not yet received the vehicle.. even before we started from home we had called and made confirmation about the delivery of the vehicle then once we reached they changed their opinion and saying that the vehicle is out of stock and we need to wait for it till evening.. Is this how a authorised showroom people behave..such a worst experience from the team even we loss the faith in you guys.. really sorry to saying this the worst experience from such a well known authorised showroom in the town itself...
