This review is not about palakkad branch, one branch is there at Kanniyampuram. From Kanniyampuram Bajaj bike showroom my cousin bought a pulsar 180 BS4. Within an year the battery had issues. The batter brand is Exide. We had warranty for one year so we informed the same to the showroom. It's been 3 weeks and still we didn't get the battery replaced. If someone is planning to take a Bajaj bike, go for the one with kick start. Otherwise a battery damage may take you minimum of one month to get it replaced. Our daily commute is an issue now. Had a bitter experience being the customer of Bajaj.
