Worst service centre. The people are highly incompetent. They will simply add unwanted parts to your bill and reach their targets. Be prepared to shout at them if you want your vehicle delivered properly at nominal rates. Attaching a few pics of the serviced car obtained. The front door was not closing properly. There was water logging beneath the spare wheel. All carpets were wet and drenched leading to fowl smell inside cabin. The front grill was strapped with white tape to prevent the grill from falling down. This is my experience. But there are a lot of people with similar bad experiences. In short if you are buying a new car it is a great place providing wonderful ambience to lure new customers. But once you get into after sales service it is a nightmare.

The entire experience from the moment I went to the showroom from the day when I came back with my car was really great. I came to the showroom to buy Venue and the sales associate was able to convince me to change my choice to Creta which was a pricier choice. I was impressed with the way things were handled and I drove out with a Creta in less than 10 days. All the required precautions were taken to deal with the pandemic situation and I felt safe throughout the process. The team visited my home twice to complete the formalities and that helped me to avoid showroom visits in this situation. All the details regarding the positives and negatives of all my options were explained to me in detail which helped me take the decision faster. I would like to thank all the staff members of Grand Hyundai for their prompt and efficient service. The delivery date events were really special and will always be in our memories. Keep doing the good work. I will surely recommend Grand Hyundai to my friends.
