Good service where Price is less as well as bus bus also little older. Good response to the customer and waiting facility is available. Area is clean and neat.

The service by the travels is Not so friendly customer service. Cancellation policies are not worthable. Windows are difficult to open. No second person in the bus for waking up us when the destination is reached. The driver's behave harsh with the customers. The seats and windows are not cleaned well. It's been very difficult to open some of the windows right there. The seating chairs aren't so comfortable. The fans that they have fixed in the bus is of no use. Some good things are now they are sending a message to us prior to the travel for locating our bus along with its number.
