My 1 star rating is regarding breakdown of my vehicle at 9am on 30th January. These people was never ready to pickup my vehicle saying that they dont have enough staffs. These people charged me 1000 while buying my new vehicle offering me RSA(Road Side Assistance) which is 24/7 . Now nearly 2 hours and they said i have to wait for another 2 hours(RSA not interprid)./ Last time when i asked for a service pickup the agent said he will be coming in half an hour and finally he said he forgot and came for pickup after 2 days. I admit that your technicians are good and they do wonderful work, but customer handling is so poor

I own a bullet and went there for a friend who bdly wanted to buy one. The staff here are least interested in selling. I believe that the staff have nt checked the history of Royal Enfield as a company and have not came to know abt how it lost its market during the early 2000.i hope the mgmt will train ur sales ppl in creating good quality business

Good experience with intrepid, I bought new model standard 350. Sales team not much consider customer values and interests. They only concerned about sales not customer service in better way. Very good experience with service team. They providing excellent customer service. Apart from that parts availability very low waited 2 months for crash guard, they are not stocking. Finally bought local one.
