Amazing view from here. Spend an hour looking at the Dam against the beautiful mountain backdrop and you will forget everything. There is a well maintained small Kids park and garden. Ample Car parking and a small restaurant. It’s about an hour drive from Palakkad Town
Kanjirapuzha Dam is a well known place in palakkad dist near mannarkkad. This is a place with a nice reservoir and fentastic garden in front. This is also a well known tourist place. Not only at front side but back side of the reservoir is more beautifull than garden. It is nearly 5 km away from garden and having a plesent atmosphere with water frontage. From there we can See the mountain peak very clearlyand closly, also we can walk through the island inside the dam during summer. It is a noteble place for writers to make free their thaughts...
