Personally some of my family members told me that your place will be expensive without even knowing about you..they were just guessing it because of the ambiance and the work quality...but we were surprised to see your rates... Best Salon in Palakkad Town.The Salon was very neat and clean. The staffs were very welcoming. My hair stylist was Mr Sadab. He was very friendly and made sure that my hair was perfect. I did a pixie cut as well as got a Keratin treatment and I am so thrilled and happy with my new look. I appreciate him taking the time to both listen to my thoughts and to offer new suggestions for me to consider based on his years of expertise. I consider this as the best salon because the staffs there are really hard working unlike other salons where they do it for the sake and cost you more. Especially my hairdresser Mr Sabad who was a perfectionist and made sure that I looked the best!!. Thank you so much for this new look.

Good experience. Staffs are really friendly. Did a hair spa, hair cut and clean up. Satisfied with the hair spa and hair cut but not much satisfied with the facial. While removing the black heads and white heads, great pressure was given to my nose and so now it has a small black mark, like somebody had punched me on my nose. That was the only bad experience I had. May be that happened as I have lots of black heads and white heads ( even though they should take care of that) Hair spa was really relaxing. The cons which I felt was the waiting time. Introducing an appointment system may tackle the problem And also, it is little bit on an expensive side while comparing to other good parlours nearby and on other good/posh cities

Great place to get a perfect bridal look. Beautiful ambience and friendly staffs. The service I got was excellent. My makeup and hair was done by Ms Ishwarya. I really loved it. That was a perfect look for my big day. Thank you Kell for the exceptional services.

I am amazed, yes I still am, that right here in Palakkad district in Kerala, we have a salon and spa that matches the standards of those in any major city in India. Both in look and feel and in the service levels. Outstanding! In fact, I asked who the owner was and if I could meet him to just say what a fantastic team he has there. So, Pradeep from Ottapalam (I hope I have his name right) I want to tell you that right from the location, to the appearance (facade), to the interiors, the ambience, the staff (brilliant), the professionalism, the service offerings and the standards - yes, you seem to have got it all right. I have been there twice in the last 4 months and loved the experience. I would personally like to thank Nirmal who coloured my hair and gave me a haircut too. Superb job! He was professional, patient, empathetic, and so courteous - when he offered me coffee and I asked if I could get cookies since I was hungry, he even ensured a pack of cookies was served along with coffee. Sushma and Saheli (I am sorry I am not sure if I have her name right) - one of them washed my hair and the other coloured my toe nails - both were so sweet, so courteous and so professional. The girl at the reception is extremely professional - on the phone and in person. Congrats to the whole team. Do keep your standards high as you get bigger because that is the only reason people like me - or my cousins from Bangalore who recommended this place to me, or those I recommend, will come back to you - it is a whole package and you've got it all right. Thank you so much! My last word - if you are in Palakkad, or visiting - just blindly go there and pamper yourself. It is much more value for your money.
