The 3D 55 inch TV which they sold has lot of problems. I had spent lot of money on it after buying it, which they guaranteed will have no problem.

Very bad on call experience. Customer service agent replied in a harsh and hostile tone and abruptly cut the call. Highly unprofessional and requires strict action from LG HO.
