Hospitality was good. Renovated showroom provides comfortable purchasing. Huge Variety of bridal collections are available. Making charges are little bit high when compared. Parking was good.

Providing plastic use and throw gloves to everyone. Also there is wash basin at the entrance with liquid soap to wash hands. Staff at Malabar gold wear mask but no gloves

It is a branch of Malabar group. Which is spread all over Kerala to gulf countries also. This it self tells the quality and the trust on people towards Malabar gold. Here they provide separate bridal designs and a diamond section called "mine". Theres a kids section here.. there they can play while adults select ornaments... Also they have a wide parking space...

Customer Service Experience I would not even give one star Malabar has such Defective Management Staff.We have been here for an Hour and no service has been provided . When asked :"They quote they are busy". This happened in Malabar Pallakad . Inspite of being a regular customer for 10 years this is what happens ?So. Disappointed
