I joined the course in the month of June this year. At the beginning of the course, I was a shyness woman. During this four months of course, I became more confident in doing all the activities. The spoken English classes conducted by our faculty helped a lot to improve my speaking skills. The informal talks session were effective and helped me to improve my communication skill. The practical session were very simple and effective. During these classes I have learned about new ideas in craft makings and how to use them for teaching. It helped us to improve our teaching skills. It is a great honour to be a part of this course.

One of the best Montessori institute, especially Sudha mam (she is the All Kerala NCDC Coordinator). All the staffs are genuinely friendly and great support. Concepts are well taught and enjoyable classes.

If you wish to become a good teacher I suggest you to join NCDC montessori course because NCDC will help you to fulfill your dream. Iam a student of NCDC. After four months class I gained more confidence and knowledge. Before I was feeling shame to speak English with my poor grammar but now l don't feel shame to speak English. Because Baba easy spoken English classes inspired me a lot. Before I made many crafts but I don't know how to use these things to teach the children. Now I got many ideas. Our faculty Sudha Mam taught us everything in a good manner.
NCDC Montessori TTC training is a very good platform for those who want to become a KG and primary Teacher . I joined Palakkad NCDC center this year . I feel so happy to join. Even , in this pandemic situation the online classes are going on well . Our faculty Sudha mam gives a very good support and she is our strength . The way we are trained is awesome . There are so may courses . I opted for the Post Graduate Diploma in Montessori TTC. So many activities to improve our language . Spoken English class we follow is of famous Baba Alexander sir and it seems very easy for practicing spoken English . I would suggest NCDC only to those persons who wish to be a primary class teacher.
First of all I would like to Thank NCDC and our Sudha ma'am for supporting in this Montessori training program.I got lots of experience from NCDC. They have given lots of opportunities to shine in this field. That helps us lot in teaching field. I got job before completing this course.So I proud to say am there as a part of NCDC.Now am working in MES English Medium School Olavakkode Palakkad.
Montessori TTC conducted by NCDC is a wonderful professional course for each and every ladies who have a passion for teaching and who can prove there caliber they provide with wonderful teaching materials and wonderful faculties who helps us in moulding us into a wonderful teacher's and improving our language and confidence. It was a wonderful learning experience and a welcoming atmosphere. I have learned a lot, and would like to thank NCDC and Sudha mam for their unconditional support. Today I'm working in NPS Whitefield, Bangalore and this is because of Sudha mam and NCDC. And thank you so much for giving wings to my dreams..
