Railwire is such a shady company with the worst customer service. Mannerless dorks are employed in their office. And to top everything the worst speed. They frequently have issues with the cable getting cut in one or the other part of the city. Either that or they claim there is a problem with the connection throughout Kerela. They don't refund money if you accidentally recharge twice. Please do not waste your time and efforts. I say go for Jio, you won't regret it. They know how to treat customers.

Very poor customer service. After getting the money they are not picking the call then they came and disconnected the connection. Bad experience especially railware.

Palakkad broadband has excellent customer care. Railwire does not. It is almost impossible to reach Railwire support by phone but Palakkad Broadband is always accessible.

if you raise any complaint through toll free number (rings but never take calls, if they take your call you are the luckiest person in the world) or official web site login they didn't respond. They tell issue resolved within 2 hours(web portal), but the raised tickets(register complaint) are always open for a month or two then suddenly ticket (register complaint) show's closed. Better go with other fiber connection like Kerala Vision, Asianet Fiber or Jio Fiber their customer support better than railwire.

Dissatisfied, after trusting the reviews I asked for installation, the cable pulling team is inexperienced and doesn’t have proper tools for installation. As per them they are responsible only for outside the house and inside the house cabling is the house owner responsibility i.e pulling the cable into the house, drilling a hole through the wall etc. will not be done by them. They came even without a screw driver, the only thing they can do is drill a hole through the window wooden frame. Paying initially 4500 which includes router and installation is not worth it if the cable team cannot do proper installation. They jus lost a customer who was ready to take the 100 mbps.
