The service centre of Philips is worthless and useless. The do not have any spares of dvp which I bought in 2004. I wonder why they should have such an unworthy service centre in Palakkad. And what is the purpose of it

Service charge is very costly even for a minute 5 minute task. They don't take all Phillips products.

Very poor customer service experience .....Dont know how to talk to customer ...Rude behaviour from staff....Took 10 days to sort out the problem...That tooo with continuous calls....Not at all recommended to anyone
