It's a good place to hangout with friends. A better place for self-date too. Less crowded and nice ambience. Pizza is not sooo good. But it is a not bad one.

Yesterday ordered rs.399 offer .bill 558.00. Delivered in time. Safe. First time receiving pizza without tomato ketchup. Others chilly flakes etc received. Home stock of sauce also finished. Had to eat without sauce.

Never been disappointed with pizza hut franchises before but palakkad branch is really bad. There are spotlights aimed at you face blinding your eyes in the tables adjacent to the decorative wall. ( Attaching pictures). Loud environment and so wouldn't recommend to go with family.not at all clean. Had to remind the staff twice before they came and cleaned off onions and other food waste on table Pizzas are topped with very less toppings and very less cheese. U are just eating baked bread here. Better to go to dominoes. Or even magic oven provides way better pizzas for half the cost. Enter at your own peril.

Worst pizza hut I have ever came across in this world. Very bad quality pizza. The pizza sauce and dips are too salty. I will not recommend this pizza hut outlet.

It was good actually.. Saw a few comments about delay im service but i totally disagree this.. Order was received without much delay.. Pizza was tasty but I loved the pizza fromm trivandrum pizza hut better than this.. May be this will come alomg after few more weeks...

At last Pizzahut at Palakkad much awaited one bt the service was just okay only and it took more time for serving as conpare with other pizzahuts. Both Pizzahut and KFC are in Same building. Small sitting place with around 40 No can sit at same time bt will be conjusted. Food quality and Taste are pretty good and cost-effective too. Parking is there for KFC and Pizzahut. Washroom is not usable and not maintained properly.
