Bad experience. Samsung customer care said warrenty of samsung product would get it here. But they did not provide the service.

Hated the place. I think they are trained to deny the warranty. I went for a replacement of a charging plug which came with a brand new note 10 lite. That is only 2 months old. The charger was not working. It has a 6 months warranty. As usual they claimed as water damage and they just shouted at me to buy a new one.. the item is 2000 rs... looks like samsung products are very cheap quality priced heavily, with of course no warranty replacement... looks like the treatment of the service center people are trained to be politically correct and to deny the warranty... not sure this is happening only in this store. I went to showroom and the manager over there, recommended me to write an email to CEO of the company via the service center portal for such unacceptable behavior of the people... the showroom manager is in acceptance with the behavior of the service center people as ridiculous...
