Very disappointed with the FTTH services as well as the higher officials support. I have not been able to get access to FTTH services since a month and still they dont seem to have an interest sort it. Poor customer support. The modem provider ans BSNL does blame game instead of sorting the issue. Will never suggest BSNL to any.

I didn't know this building a lot but I know about bsnl!!! BSNL is waste guys!! Their connection and services ar worst!!! it's better to go into other brands like jio or other broadband ISP!! We are fed up of BSNL!!! In my area BSNL is useless!!! Trust me guys I know it!!
