Worst bank and the worst branch of SBI. They wanted my wife to have a SB account for availing a service. But for getting an account we have to wait for a month. Later I had enquired another branch and found that only one person and wife need not require an account there, and they had also suggested if the branch insist on having an account for my wife, I may change the mode of operation of my account to EOS(Joint). So I went to the branch and filled up all the necessary documents and submited the same to Service manager. He was a rustless fellow. Not wearing a mask where thousands of people visit in a day. Also he was not interested in attending customers rather he wanted to spend time some how and earn money. Once I submitted his response was was please come when we call you. He might take 10-15 minutes to get this completed where as he didn't, instead he want me to visit the branch again after 2-3 days. I also had similar kind of experience at Locker facility, FD, etc.
