We did Car seat covers here for Tata Altroz. Seat covers stitching and fixing are excellent. Customer service Initially we choose Tan colour which I dint like as it dint suit for our white car then we requested Mr.Noffel for a change in color with black and dark tan he did that for a loss of 500 Rs to satisfy us and deliver on the same day at 10.30 pm even though he closes the shop at 8 pm. He was so kind to answer all the questions just to make a customer happy. Recommend people to go for all accessories

2 days before i went to fix my cars android stireo which had a 9 inch screen and seat cover, floor mat, roof rails, Spoiler... it had very good quality product.... there are large collections of items available in this shop.. i had come to this shop 8 years ago to buy some stuffs of for my car same like those seat cover and floor mats and they had given me the best products ... and now when i bought my new car i wanted to buy the products from this shop itself, because of the good quality.... so i am recommending this shop to others...

Went to get a steering wheel cover... the cost was around 850rs... the worst ever stitching pattern has been observed... with repeated stitching at the same place... reported the same to the person who is in billing counter. He came and sat in the driving seat and asked for the key... I gave him.... He checked the steering cover and asked me to come tomorrow to fix it... He asked me pay 400rs initially which is half price... I asked him why should I pay for the unfinished work n will pay only when the work is complete... he denied n finally I paid 300rs as my car keys were with him and came home... 2hrs waste of time & 300rs ... I do not wish I will be going again because I do not have confidence that their work will be good tomorrow as the same person will be doing it... I understood that the person wanted cash for the material that has been used assuming I might not visit the shop for fixing the problem tomorrow... Please change your attitude towards the customer and charge the customer only when you complete the work properly n perfectly... Google doesn't allow me to give 0 rating...
