A powerful space for worshippers..A Shaiva shrine built by celestial bodies , the proof being the temple wall without any reinforcements..just stone bricks arranged in tiers without any adhesives around.. a structural marvel that any builder can vouch for. Silent serene surroundings for self-analytics. Renowned Musical artists hail from this village PALLAVUR in Palakkad district, KERALA.

This is an amazing sanctum sanctorum of lord shiva, it's the beautiful creation of ancients. This place is also known as largest siva Temple in Palakkad district, it has peaceful atmosphere and well maintained by temple management since several centuries. If you come to Palakkad, you should visit this temple.

Thripallavoor Shiva Temple is the right name for this temple. This is one of the oldest temples in Palakkad District located in Pallavoor and this temple was under the Cochin (Kochi) Royal family' s control. Post independence this temple came under Travancore Devaswom Board which is a Government body. The design of the Temple is almost similar to the ones we can see around Kerala State. This temple is smaller than Vadukkunathan Temple of Trichur and it is located in a place where large vehicles can not enter...Just 300 meters away from main road of Pallavoor. A very calm place to be with the families. It has an Auditorium for 500 people and a Dining Hall for about 250-300 people.
