We bought a motor worth 19000 from here. At the time of buying they said there will be no trouble until 15 years of use but it is not working now it is just 1 year since we took it from there and they are charging an amount of 6000 for the repair . I kindly request them to reduce the amount that we just spend 19000 on this item the last year
