I have been requesting you to come and check the connection for last 20 days, we have huge company works and zoom video calls from USA, since 20 days the connection was very poor... {lease respond to customers and react soon coz its lockdown time, we will be having huge work from homes if we open any internet source page, it opens 30 secs and again off, and again it opens for 30 secs and again off... if its like this means how can we do our works.... But Excel service is good,,, But please respond to customers soon
I have got the connection on 1st Oct , and I must say connection is very stable and uninterrupted. For last 20 days huge rains in Palakollu, but connection is stable And my applications MicrosoftTeams audio and video calls are going smooth with bandwidth , and simultaneously my kids online classes goingwell . I am very happy with the service . Good job by Excell team .
