Please dont visit here. Trust me, other reviews are either paid or fake. We booked 4 cottages and it was biggest mistake ever.\u003cbr/\u003eCons-\u003cbr/\u003e- its completely isolated in jungle away from everything. You have to go through military base and even google maps cant help you reaching there.\u003cbr/\u003e- hygeine level is really low in rooms. Rooms are full of bugs and mosquitoes.\u003cbr/\u003e- no cafe or restaurant inside this property. You have to pre book (very few like 3-4 items) everything well in advance.\u003cbr/\u003e- There is NO room service. No room menu. No help in odd times. You can only contact thru mobile phones.\u003cbr/\u003e- no play areas inside or near this property. No views of mountains or parks as it is in midst of jungle tea gardens. Literally nothing except dirty full of bug rooms. DIRTY, NEVER CLEANED AND FULL OF MOSQUITOES.\u003cbr/\u003e- Its Far from Palampur (still can be ok if something else is good)\u003cbr/\u003e- most importantly, no fridge, no tv, even no exhaust fan. Thank god, they have room and very basic washrooms.\u003cbr/\u003e- On top of it, we tried breakfast which was exactly homemade with only 2 options i.e. bread omelette and aloo parantha which was liked by everyone as we missed home food. But when we get the bill for very basic breakfast we got shocked which was 3500/-. \u003cbr/\u003e- It was like Haunted place. Couples or small families should NOT book this isolated property. Even hotel people should not take bookings for sake of humanity.\u003cbr/\u003e- Everything is heavily priced and quality of service and food is exceptionally low.\u003cbr/\u003ePros -\u003cbr/\u003eThis property is in god gifted Himachal Pradesh. Thats it.\u003cbr/\u003eOWNERS, PLEASE DO NOT SCAM INNOCENT PEOPLE.\u003cbr/\u003eIT IS JUST WORTHLESS. IT IS SCAM. IT IS TORTURE

Best damn cottage in entire Kangra. Located at beautiful sight surrounded by tea gardens. And specially the owner Sir Naveen Sateen, he is just amazing guy.
Amazing experience. Hospitality of Mr. Navin Sarin, the elderly gentleman was impeccable. The food was out of this world. Would love to go back with family. The only thing you should prepare to do is unwind with nature, go for walks, and enjoy the views.
A hidden Gem. A tea garden destination- lovely little cottages made of stone and slate on the private estate of the Sarin Family. You can expect a lovely experience with delicious home cooked food and the expert guidance, if u want it, to help plan the best itinerary possible, from Mr Navin Sarin and his son Mr Karan Sarin. The area is beautiful, so if you are a nature lover its ideal. Also, the town is close by and has nice eating places and also some good shopping! Taxi's are easily ordered and the weather is lovely throughout the year except for the heavy rain in the monsoons (I love it!) or a couple of weeks in June,when it gets a bit warm- but the monsoons make it all lovely and green and misty- very romantic!) Lots to do in the area. Very safe place to stay especially for young women who may be on a holiday alone or with their girlfriends. Palampur is a lovely place with lovely people. I can vouch for it as I know the place for many decades now. We go back every year.
A very quiet and qaint heritage property, loved the old charm of the tea estate resort, the stay was comfortable with so much personal touch by the whole Sarin family... The scenic beauty and flora fauna around is breathtaking... The cottages and gardens are a nature lover's delight... Loved the stay there
