This place is just a lot of glitter with zero substance. Can't even do a basic hair cut right and they try to upsell other services. Just learn the basics first and stop making a fool out of everyone!

Totally dissatisfied with the service, they say something else and do something else and then make excuses. High price and pathetic service. Don't even feel like visiting again. They ruined my expectations and now I would have to live with them.

I'm writing about new fashion world (opp HDFC bank). I've been using their services for a long time now, I must say that they are setting standards in terms of customer service. The staff is extremely friendly, well trained and courteous. I love pampering myself there from time to time. The quality of their products is also good. I highly recommend new fashion world!!
