The hotel offers you an experience you can not get anywhere else. The view of the snow covered Dhauladhars while you sip your cup of coffee is breath taking. The staff is courteous and friendly. One can for short treks right above the resort or can even enjoy the calm in the lawns of Sai Gardens. I recommend Sai Gardens to everyone who likes to be close to nature and yet wish to have all the luxuries.

We stayed at this hotel for 3days..it was pretty nice. The view from the hotel of the mountains covered in snow was mesmerising to look at in the morning...U can either get a room service or have breakfast with the view outside in the Coy cafe..which is part of there hotel... Aloo puri and chicken sandwiches was very tasty (should try)...would definitely recommend this place if you want a quiet and peaceful stay. The only setback was we had to pay extra for the room heaters in the cold weather..

The best thing about this hotel is the staff here. Very sweet and cooperative. Another awesome thing is the architecture. Surrounded with gardens. Rooms are clean. Food is tasty. A place to stay for long time.

Very average place but location is excellent among the dhauladhar ranges. Views are breathtaking, place is attended by friendly staff. The rooms are not well equipped, the bathrooms are clean but the taps and showers are either not working and unclean. Towels provided were not clean and felt slimy. Geysers takes ages to heat up.. Food quality is very average. Externally all looks good but dingy inside with dark alleyways. Rooms lack basic heaters and electric kettle for hot water. T.v not working.

Location is awesome... surrounded by beautiful green mountains. Peaceful, no hustle bustle of market and traffic. Just 1.5 km from Palampur market and about 4 km from main bus stand. Property is well maintained. Lush green beautiful gardens. Neat and clean rooms. It's Restaurant serve delicious but a bit expensive food. Service is ok and staff is good.

Beautiful cottage with good service. They have breakfast, lunch, dinner , snacks facility with hot water service 24/7. Staffs are humble and friendly.
