This place is govt office of animal husbandry Himachal Pradesh. Cows are breeded and monitored here. Doctors are very supportive, polite and found helpful if you want to discuss any problem related to animals. When I visited and spoke to doctors, I was surprised to experience such good behavior of Govt officers.
