Really appreciate the service of the bearer. Very polite and professional. Most of other hotels staffs are not wearing masks. But here they wear mask and assure safety for customers. Food quality is good and taste as well. Parking space available. One of the good hotels in Palani.

Useless hotel. Yesterday (27.12.2020 at 2.15 p.m.) we went to this hotel for the first time with family to have non veg and veg meal. My son-in-law was served chicken Briyani with cockroach. We brought this to the notice of server and also photographed the briyani with cockroach. Veg. Meal is hopeless. You ask some thing like extra side dish and keep on asking them for ten minutes. Then only they appear. Very very slow service. Only one bearer serves to all. Never ever visit this hotel.

Don't expect tasty food from here. But neatly maintained hotel. More cost - less in taste. Not homely also. Management should improve food quality and quantity !!! Otherwise they couldn't competite with others in near future...
