Very Worst Experience...!!! Dated:12.02.2020 I cash Deposit,Machice I have planned to deposit 55500 Rs (103 no’s*500 Rs51500 2no’s*2000 Rs4000) I have kept all together in the deposit machine counting Machine ,while counting in machine it was showing only (94 no’s * 500 Rs47000 2no’s *20004000) I was shocked ,I cancelled the transaction and I recounted the money in ATM centre itself manually there is 55500 Rs (103 no’s*500 Rs51500 2no’s*2000 Rs4000) Again I have kept only 51500Rs (103 no’s *500 Rs51500) it is showing only (94 no’s * 500 Rs47000 ) Again I cancelled transaction and recounted the money there only ,But now i got only 47000Rs instead off 51500Rs . 4500Rs locked in the cash deposit machine . Regarding this I given a formal written complaint to concern bank dy.manager , he said we will check and revert back & will give refund the money on the next day. But till date I didn’t get any money back , Regarding this issue I have complained to customer care their also they said sir u have to connect to branch only we cannot to anything. In Bank now they are saying sir we cannot do anything. At last I have lost my Money (it seems some illegal activity is happening in the ICICI bank)Rs.4500
