On 26.11.20, in Poorvika Mobile Shop, Palani, I purchased a cell phone charging wire (Coneket Ace Go data cable) for Rs. 249.00. The salesperson told me that the data cable has six months guarantee and if anything goes won't with the cable, they will replace with a new one. Today i.e. 23.03.2020, I noticed that near the neck of the cable port which we insert in the cell phone for charging, the black round sleeve has cracked and the inner wires were getting exposed. Hence I thought that I can bring it to the notice of your shop in Palani for replacement as by and by, the exposed wires may get damaged. I took the cable and showed it to one of the persons in the desk along with cash memo. He spoke to another person who started telling that they won't replace. They will replace only if the cable connection is not working. So , have I to wait till the the cables are damaged and become non- functional? He said that breakage of sleeve is due to my mishandling. We are not child to misuse or mishandle. Similar cable costs around Rs.60 to 70 in any other mobile shops. But due to the faith I had reposed in Poorvika, I purchased the cable from your shop in spite of exhorbitant rate, with the faith that you may provide best products in spite of high cost. But you have shattered my hopes. This amounts to misleading and cheating the customers. Anyway, all the best for Poorvika's business to thrive more and more in an unfair means.

Ok for budget buy less than Rs 10K. Bought some mobiles here, Concentration is only on Sales. After selling the product, response is reduced. (Personal Experience: In my last visit, bought a mobile and employee asked my mail to register for E-Warranty then he itself registering my mail and tried to give ratings in google maps and I caught and denied his activities. This happened on Dec 2019-Jan 2020. After this, I stopped visiting here) I think maximum ratings may given by them. Save Your Money!
