Never expected such an fantastic experience which surpassed any optical stores I have ever been. Helpful staffs especially the optometrist. Never hesitated to answer my questions. While giving me a lot of suggestions and shed few tips regarding the eye care, spectacles, contact lenses and even Lasik she seems to be very knowlegable in this department. I went there to get a replacement frame under warranty. No hurdles to claim the warranty even though I didn't possess the purchase bill as I bought it from an another city. Collections could have been more and better. Probably the only thing they need to consider improving. Overall a very good experience and highly recommended!
