I have been to Jay Ambe Panipuri and Manilal Panipuri. Honestly speaking i was passing by palanpur and i heard that manilal panipuri is famous so i visited their place and also tried Jay Ambe Panipuri. I have given 3 start to manilal panipuri and 4 star here. I feel the taste here is better than Manilal shop. Though i suggest you to try both.
