Gym and the facilities are good and economical as per the services being offered. I was reluctant to join since i was not sure whether I would continue for an year or not. But, safe to say that i am more than happy with the results

trainer/owner is so good and knowledgeable and he himself also trains and guides the people about various exercises. The gym is having all the equipments and machines for weight training. There is a whole floor available for aerobics.
I like this gym, trenars are good nd guide proper.. Nice atmosphere.....
