Nice place but few for demonstration because of Covid lockdown
Sales man name YASH MODH for their showroom he's good seller but for the customers he's response after the payment and delivery is not acceptable. I suggest royal enfild to look after such greedy people who just knows how to rob customer. And not giving them proper service or not solving their issues. I've been going again and again for the documentation and rto issues. But I'm not getting what I paid for. They took charge for rto and other services but they does not work properly. I suggest all the riders of the banaskantha not to buy bike from this greedy people who's run this showroom.
No bike stock
My bike decided to stop at Palanpur while I was riding back from Spiti valley to Bangalore in Sept 2019. I got RE showroom number from Google and got through to Mr. Sahil. Although it was only 8.30am or so he attended the call and ensured he passed on my request for support to their service centre. Mr. Vikram from the service centre called me as soon as they opened at 9.30am by which time I was almost reaching the service centre. They attended to my bike at priority and checked it thoroughly. Drained the oil fully and replaced more than half of it with fresh oil. They did not charge me any money as a gesture towards RE riders. So thankful to Sahil, Vikram and their team for their quick and efficient support. I have almost reached Bangalore without any trouble whatsoever.
