Arlington Acura was such a wonderful experience, I wish I could give this dealership ten stars!! My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of working with both Jonathan and Dustin who were both absolutely amazing, incredibly knowledgeable and helped my boyfriend get into a beautiful, practically brand new vehicle all within just a couple of hours. Buying a new vehicle can be extremely stressful especially because the prior one left him with some negative equity and yet they still were able to find the perfect car for him. This dealership goes above and beyond for their customers and will do everything they can possible to help you out no matter what your situation may be. Great experience buying a used car from here. This was an inexpensive used Honda for a teen driver. My Sales person was Adrian P. and he treated us like we were going to buy a 60K Acura. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, professional and just genuinely a great person to deal with with incredible life experience. We had a fast and easy buying experience and were done quickly and fairly, As we drove home late Sat evening, check engine light came on. I called Adrian right away and since it was late, he promised they would do all they could for me and got me an appointment monday with a loaner. On Monday they took in the car and called me within a couple of hours to let me know it was the catalytic converter and it's 900. I called Adrian again and he took care of all the back and forth between service and sales and his sales manager approved the fix for me at no cost. That was incredible to hear and i was very appreciative of their integrity. Adrian was the help line throughout. May car was repaired and ready for me the next day and i got to enjoy the new Acura loaner in the meantime to do my daily commute. Thank you all for this great experience. You earned a customer!
I called as my transmission light came on, and Jerome told me it was probably something lodged in the reverse button. He saved me a trip in, and zero charge. That’s great service!
I just recently bought a brand new car at this dealership. I came down on a weekend to buy it and decided I wanted to buy their extended warranty package and put a remote start in the car, so they said they would drop it off on Monday for me back in Wisconsin. I thought, wow awesome, what great service. They kept to their word and I received the car on Monday, however there were two scratches on the brand new car as well as a half a tank of gas!!! I immediately emailed pictures to my sales rep who said, \ we can have it fixed the next time in are in Chicago.\ Since I live out of state, that really is never. I told him he needed to fix it right away, and I still have yet to hear from him. I even contacted the new car sales manager and haven't heard anything from him. Even when I received the paperwork for the extended warranty, they didn't even have the correct package listed on there. I am so unhappy with my car buying experience, I would advise anyone who buys a car from here, that they triple check everything, including the paperwork and the car they are buying!!!
