The guy working at this shop is so friendly. He made my day today! I was trying on a pair of sandals and the straps were not long enough to fit around my ankles. A bit embarrassed, I said “I’m too fat, too bad...” His response: “There’s nothing wrong with you, it’s the sandals that are not right!” And that was just the nicest thing any stranger has said to me in ages.

These reviews on google do not appear to be objective reviews from real customers for this shop. Having been going to Palau annually for many years I have learned that this is about the worse place to shop, and the regulars in town know it!. The staff is unprofessional and dishonest - they downright lied to me saying they would take care of a replacement and when I returned they denied ever promising. They also made false claims about products --- all about squeezing money out of customers passing through town. It is the classic tourist shop where they do anything to get your money thinking you will never be back. There are much better places to shop for surfing, scuba and other activities both in Palau and La Maddalena, where we have had corteous and honest service, prices are better, and products are of higher quality.
