Had been going here for almost 10 years. Most of the staff are great. Kristen and previously Megan would cut and color my hair and ALWAYS did a great job. The products on display are great and they will always help recommending something. I gave it only four stars because a few of the staff members decided to gossip about something personal that I had opened up about and shared with my regular sugaring girl, with whom I had been going to for many years. Not cool.

I was looking for a hair stylist to do an up do for my elopement wedding. I was not familiar with any salons as I had recently moved to Niagara. My colleague suggested i visit Palazzo Salon. I had my consultation with Sam. During my consultation, she did a sample of what it would look like and i absolutely loved it. She even came in to work 2 hours before her shift to do my hair to ensure my wedding runs smoothly. I highly suggest booking you next up do with Sam. Thank you again so much. You are awesome!!!
I very recently had my hair done by Emma at Palazzo and I just absolutely had to post a review. Emma spent hours planning for my visit - which was for a cut and a challenging colour treatment. She consulted with me prior to my appointment to be sure of what my dream was for my hair. She went above and beyond my expectations- and once I arrived that continued. She was exceptionally personable and made me feel relaxed and confident. I could tell by her professional and skilled approach that I was going to be thrilled when she was done - and I certainly was! I’ve never been happier with my hair and with a stylist! Thank you so much Emma!! I’ll be seeing you again!
Hilary is amazing at what she does. There hasn't been an appointment that I have left without a smile on my face. Reception is always great and super friendly. Great covid 19 precautions in place

My daughter was going from waist length to pixie and everyone there, especially Sam was amazing ! Sam spent 2 hours with her for a cut so patiently and supportive and my daughter left thrilled with the results :) Thank you !
I had my cut and colour done, had to go back and have it re cut because it was awful, and let's just say I went to my regular hair dresser 3 days ago and she couldn't believe how bad the colour was, she said I barely got half a head of foils and it was blotchy. She had to fix and redo it, and Now I get compliments on my hair.... The girl 2 doors down just went to the same girl and her hair looks just as bad as mine, she left grey in her hair and did pretty bad foils.... Will not recommend this place, I have been recommending people don't go here..... I've never had to tell a hair dress to get a brush away from my head before, I left with extreme anxiety!!!!
So happy with the work Emma did, very fantastic salon, clean and very friendly staff.
