5 minutes walk from Ballarò Market, 5 minutes walk from piazza Sant'Anna, 5 minutes walk from Lidl. Plenty of B&B's in the area. The station is on one of the main streets of Palermo; via Roma. If you walk straight on via Roma you will enter in the historical center.

Central railway station of Palermo. It is clean and tidy. The is a fountain inside which people are able to drink water there. The airport shuttle bus stop is on the right side of platform 10, out of the station.
Home for trains and busses which work and run on time. I love the little farari police carts they ride around in even though it’s not a very big station.
You have paid washroom here, b ready to spend some coins..u also have fast food both in, out, and around the station. It's a railwaybus station. You can buy local bus tickets at the front main gate just outside.there is a posta Italia and their Bank machine where the train departs..
Nice Station with an air of faded glory. Good indicator boards, good connections to the bus stations with clear signs (although you need to make sure you know which one you are going to) and a good left luggage facility open 8 - 20. 6 Euro per bag is not cheap but what in Italy is :) Did options are MacDonalds! But if you go out the left side (facing the trains) and just the both seeking music there is a nice little coffee shop.
