Worst network at all ... 1.They just lie to customer to take connection. 2.no speed stability. 3.No even a single week that we can say it work ..(any time in between for 2 or 4 hours connection will go) 4.No of technical person or higher authority response urs complain. 5.They fill safe and they have attitude because there is no competitors for Wifi service so they know they will not go anywhere . 6.They can able to mange the network , customer and complaint ( Big suggestions to any invester in industry please come to Palghar side and open better internet service and through out DNA from Palghar district)

Better than most of ISPs in Palghar. Service is good and prompt action on any complaints. Only major drawback is the max speed. It is limited to 50 Mbps for unlimited plan.

I am writing this review after using the service for more than a month. Initially I was skeptical about this internet provider due to ratings over here. But, ended up opting for the same with 6M 40 Mbps unlimited plan. To my surprise this might be the only provider which is providing the promised speed of 40Mbps without any cap on usage (attaching the speed test results from random time). I hardly faced any issues with the quality of data speed or connection issues. The connection was provided within two days of my request which made working from home hassle free. The technician as well as representatives were quite cooperative.
