Costly than other services. Charged Rs 230/- for parcel of minimum weigh to Bangalore as compared to Rs 120/- of other courier services. also not sure whether your parcel will arrive in right hand, my parcel with Consignment number M97429552 got delivered but consignee claims to have not yet received it Complaint posted on online dtdc website with ticket number 17000656, is yet to be reviewed by dtdc as I have not received any reply from dtdc by the way of Sms or email. Spokeperson at dtdc asked us to contact delivery boy at bangalore and get the whereabouts of parcel, obviously its not our fault and hence not our duty to contact him.

They provide better services. Polite behaviour also makes work with them. Services are also as per standard. But the location is in narrow street. A person can not find it at first glance. We can not find even if we are nearby them. And there is no signboard on main road that makes it difficult to find
