I recently visited Infigo hospital in Palghar for my Father's Cataract Surgery. Only for below two reasons I took treatment here, No.1 Close to my residence No. 2 Classified as network Hospital so got cashless treatment. The behaviour of staffs especially the registration and billing desk is very rude. Don't give proper answers to queries and their attitude is not good. Before the cataract surgery, consulting doctor asked to provide fitness certificate which should have been informed earlier. Last moment unnecessary I had to take my father to MD doctor to get certificate. Such things should be avoided in future. The hospital infrastructure is good but staff required more oriented towards giving good experience to the patient and their relatives.

There is no sitting arrangement like waiting room for the patiens guardians they have to stand on road in hot climate..and as they call patiens before a hr than drs ...the guardian has to stand out on road for an hour or more than two hrs..they might be trying to make more patiens out.

I have came with my relatives asked for check up, receptionist are so arrogant they denied it..I asked for Dr. They are like wearing dr.s white coat and argued so arrogantly, as per my knowledge only Dr.s can wear apron..by wearing dr.s coat they are making fool of us..they don't have manners how to talk to patients..
