I had given my MI Phone 1 month back for the problem of Auto restart and occurring Blue light on Screen, they charged 850/- for that but the problem still occurred, after that I had there for 3-4 times for complain about the problem, they ask me to keep the phone and assure problem will not happen again. but still my problem is not solve and no money worth service provided , again yesterday I had there due to same problem and I ask them if you can’t provide the service for which they had charged to, Please give my money back but they refuse. they are not providing service nor they are giving my money back. Still Using Phone with the same problem, Waste of Money, Waste of time and no result. Not Satisfy with the Service. Highly Disappointed.

The service is very nice, I give my all gadgets like mobile, laptop, camera to them every time to fix it, and they fix the problem on time. Now even my colleagues and few friends have started taking their help because they are located in every prime locations of Mumbai
