I'm from Ruby school, we have ordered 20 basic model and hi-end system in Palies It Services through refrence, We have Satisfied because of reasonable price in their sales and service. Networking work also done by them in a perfect manner. Further we will be going to take a server maintance and AMC from them.

Very responsive. I contacted them to get my laptop screen fixed but they returned it back saying spare part isn’t available . So I had to give it to another shop. But good communication, and I appreciate how they created a WhatsApp group immediately with the technicians to keep me updated about the repair. Just one thing , their shop isn’t very easy to find. It is a individual house turned into a shop. A clear direction or shop name could be placed on the road to easily identify.

When I attended the interview long back, they told that they can offer me just less than Rs.10000 per month (Rs.8000 or so) as take home salary for Desktop support position despite of having 6.5 years experience, A N certifications from a government authorized institute and 9 Microsoft certifications. How can anyone manage with this salary in a big city like Coimbatore?. It should have been above Rs.18000 per month take home. If I post this review, they are claiming that it is false. Do not believe them. Go for interview and see how much salary they are offering. See the attached file. Never work here. I don't know about their service quality. So no comments about that.

I had got a supermicro server board for my home build, which didn't boot on first powerup, didn't get to POST, I had gone there to trouble shoot, had a very nice, friendly, homely experience, engineers were experienced, determined to get the board back to life, they had worked on bios, to get it to boost, they got it back to life, very happy to work with them. Prize for the services was accurate neither high or low. On the whole a worthwhile trip to get the equipment repaired and running. Keep the good work going.
