They originally gave me 3 days out from the day I requested, and I told them ok but let them know I am almost short on oil. I waited on that day and now one came so I called them up and when they answered they told me that they pushed me to the next day. When they finally came they were very rude and looked like they really don't want to be there. All he said is how overworked he is.

I was a five year COD customer. Their delivery dates were not consistent. They left my family without oil several times. They never gave me a courtesy call to say that they were unable to meet their delivery dates. Disappointing and Poor service.
