Worest courier boys , sales man very worest, no response, very very worest, cheap , service delivery boy , over loose talking , no respect,

Poor communication from the respective delivery person. Mannerism is very negligible towards the customer. Respected selvakumar( office or delivery guy) is very rude and abusive towards the customer who is in midst of losing the transit by their courier. Don't know how to retrieve the parcel from them. Anyone please give lead to contact the respected person to get the parcel from them. TIA

THEY WON'T DELIVER ON YOUR PLACE THEY ONLY DELIVER AT PALLADAM ONLY OTHER THEN THAT CUSTOMER HAS TO GO THERE AND PICK UP THEY'RE DELIVERIES

This ST courier does not deliver to all areas like other courier systems professional , dtc. They will ask us to come and collect our parcel in main branch. Then what is the meaning of courier ? If not deliver to our respective address / location means, then why would you accept parcel in from address ? And also package was ripping.
