I left my hero pleasure here and the feedback is negative. * They didn't keep delivery promise * They provided two bills, one company printed bill and another unofficial handwritten bill. * They didn't use exact materials for my model. The floor mat they given is not suited for my bike * They didn't provide the changed parts back to me. When I stressed, they gave 4 items out of 14 items they changed I usually do service in Chennai and I see lot of difference between there and here. Definitely lot of things can be improved
